How it works

Your heart is added only after Nicola marks an eligible appointment as completed — never just when it is booked.
At nine hearts, your free eligible appointment becomes available. Once you use it, your active counter returns to zero while your full history stays in your account.
Removal-only appointments and nail fixes do not earn hearts. Eligible treatments are marked with a heart on the Services page.
